What to expect at your first visit:

It is normal to feel a bit nervous
We will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to where you are
I will gather information that will help us to identify your options

What to bring

Any questions you may have
Completed forms that will be mailed to you prior to your first appointment
Payment for the session (due at the time of service – cash, check, money order, or credit)

Important information

Parking is available directly behind the building, in the church parking lot behind the building, or on High Street
The main entrance is in the south archway (on the right side of the building from the front)
My office is located up the stairs to the left and at the end of the hallway. Please have a seat in the hallway and I will be with you shortly.
